We have very limited availability on our rafting trips. Once you have signed up, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups. If you are unable to go on your trip, you are welcome to find a replacement for yourself. If you must cancel your trip, please immediately notify Mammoth River Adventures by email and by phone.

If the cancellation is received before your trip you are eligible to reschedule your trip for a new date at no additional cost. Or, you can be given a refund less the amount of the deposit, processing fees, and booking fees. Deposits, processing fees, and booking fees are non-refundable. If cancellations are made on or after your trip date you are only eligible to reschedule your trip date one time and no money will be refunded. If you must rescedule your trip for a second time or more you will be charged a $59 per person re-booking fee.

Mammoth River Adventures reserves the right to cancel trips if participant safety is of concern. Cancelation decisions by Mammoth River Adventures can be made at any time, even on the day of a trip and can range from a variety of safety concerns. If Mammoth River Adventures cancels a rafting trip you may reschedule your trip at no extra cost or you may be given a refund less the amount of the deposit, processing fees, and booking fees.

We encourage all of our guests to purchase travel insurance.
